Refund Policy
Refunds, plan by plan.
The 14-day free trial is there so you can decide before paying anything. After you pay, this is what we refund. To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account.
Monthly (US$0.99)
Cancel any time and you will not be charged again; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part-months (no pro-rata refunds).
Yearly (US$10)
If you ask within 14 days of a yearly charge (the first one or a renewal), we refund the unused part of the year, pro-rata by day, and cancel the subscription. After 14 days the year runs to its end; cancelling stops the next renewal.
Believer (US$100 once)
Believer comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of paying and we refund the full amount. A refunded Believer purchase ends Believer access; you can keep using Polyrez read-only, or subscribe.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, in US dollars. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days. Any currency conversion is set by your bank, not by us.
Your rights under Australian law
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under that law regardless of the time limits above.
Disputes
Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank; a refund from us is quicker. A chargeback cancels any active subscription immediately (see the Terms).
