How do I cancel or switch plans?
Open Settings → Billing → Manage billing. From there you can cancel, or move between monthly and yearly. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not charged again. Switching to Believer is on the same page.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial needs no card. When it ends without a plan, your account becomes read-only: every Réz stays viewable and you can still download its PDF, but editing and new renders wait until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
What does the Believer tier include?
Believer is US$100 paid once for Polyrez Pro forever: everything a subscription includes, with no renewals. It carries a 14-day money-back guarantee; see the refund policy.
How do GitHub sync and share links work?
GitHub sync goes through a GitHub App you install on one repository. Each save commits your master and Réz YAML (and the PDF); edits made on GitHub come back into the app. A share link lets anyone with the link view one Réz until you stop sharing it; nothing is public unless you share it.
How do I delete my account?
Self-serve deletion is not built yet. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete the account and its data, and confirm by reply. Download everything first from Settings → Account → Download all data.
