Who we are

Polyrez is operated from New South Wales, Australia (ABN ABN 64 257 676 141). Contact: [email protected].

Your account

You need an account to use the editor. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your content

Everything you write in Polyrez stays yours. You give us permission to store, render, copy and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you: to show it in the editor, render your PDFs, sync to a repository you connect, and serve links you choose to share. Polyrez never generates or rewrites your résumé text. You are responsible for what your Rézi say and for having the right to upload any asset you add.

Acceptable use

Do not use Polyrez to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious files, or to overload or probe the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Free trial

New accounts get 14 days of full access free, with no card required. When the trial ends without a subscription your account becomes read-only: you can still open, view and download every Réz, but not edit, render or sync. If you subscribe during the trial, the days you have left carry over when at least two remain, and your card is first charged when they run out.

Polyrez Pro and payment

• Monthly: US$0.99 per month.
• Yearly: US$10 per year.
• Believer: US$100, paid once, for Polyrez Pro for the life of the service.

Prices are in US dollars. Where a tax such as Australian GST applies, it is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, you keep editing while Stripe retries the card; if it keeps failing, the subscription ends and the account becomes read-only. We will tell you before we change a price, and a new price applies from your next renewal.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing settings (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of asking us, we cancel any active subscription immediately and pause purchases on the account until the dispute is resolved. A Believer purchase that is disputed or fully refunded ends Believer access. Please email [email protected] first; we would rather fix it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Polyrez running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important; the download-all button and GitHub sync exist for that. We may change features over time. If we ever shut Polyrez down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

Ending your account

You can stop using Polyrez at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; unless the breach is serious or unlawful, we will warn you first and let you export your data.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as a missed job opportunity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and update the date below. If a change materially affects paid users, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. See also the Privacy Policy.
